Innocent (ἀναίτιος anaitios)

And if you knew what this means, ‘I desire mercy, and not sacrifice,’ you would never have condemned the innocent. (Mt 12:7)

εἰ δὲ ἐγνώκειτε τί ἐστιν· ἔλεος θέλω καὶ οὐ θυσίαν, οὐκ ἂν κατεδικάσατε τοὺς ἀναιτίους.

Si autem sciretis quid est: “Misericordiam volo et non sacrificium”, numquam condemnassetis innocentes.
