Jesus said these things, and then, lifting up His eyes toward heaven, He said: “Father, the hour has arrived: glorify Your Son, so that Your Son may glorify You. (Jn 17:1)
Ταῦτα ἐλάλησεν Ἰησοῦς καὶ ἐπάρας τοὺς ὀφθαλμοὺς αὐτοῦ εἰς τὸν οὐρανὸν εἶπεν· πάτερ, ἐλήλυθεν ἡ ὥρα· δόξασόν σου τὸν υἱόν, ἵνα ὁ υἱὸς δοξάσῃ σέ.
Haec locutus est Iesus; et, sublevatis oculis suis in caelum, dixit: Pater, venit hora: clarifica Filium tuum, ut Filius clarificet te.
