And Samuel grew up, and the Lord was with him, and not one of his words fell to the ground. (1Sm 3:19)
וַיִּגְדַּ֖ל שְׁמוּאֵ֑ל וַֽיהוָה֙ הָיָ֣ה עִמּ֔וֹ וְלֹֽא־הִפִּ֥יל מִכָּל־דְּבָרָ֖יו אָֽרְצָה׃
crevit autem Samuhel et Dominus erat cum eo et non cecidit ex omnibus verbis eius in terram.
This verse in the Polish Millennium Bible translation sounds a little different: “Samuel grew up, and the LORD was with him. He did not allow any of His words to fall to the ground.” Having the word of the Lord, which I do not allow to be broken, I have fact, reality. And no wonder that when we preach this word, it comes true.
