Fellow-citizen (συμπολίτης sympolitēs)

So you are no longer aliens or foreign visitors; you are fellow-citizens with the holy people of God and part of God’s household. (Eph 2:19)

One of the strong conditions, and the need of our life, is belongingness to a community. The experience of the Church opens up to every believer the space of a home, which at the same time he creates. These bonds extend beyond the horizon of events, here on earth. They also have their anchor in the community of the Saints, in God Himself. The heavenly Jerusalem is a city with many dwellings. May the Lord say to each of us: “Enter into the gladness of your Lord.”
