To bow down (κλίνω klinō)

Then Jesus, when He had received the vinegar, said: “It is consummated.” And bowing down His head, He surrendered His spirit. (Jhn 19:30)

ὅτε οὖν ἔλαβεν τὸ ὄξος ὁ Ἰησοῦς εἶπεν· τετέλεσται, καὶ κλίνας τὴν κεφαλὴν παρέδωκεν τὸ πνεῦμα.

Cum ergo accepisset Iesus acetum, dixit: Consummatum est. Et inclinato capite tradidit spiritum.
