Behold (ἴδε ide)

Next, He said to the disciple, Behold your Mother. And from that hour, the disciple accepted Her as his own. (J 19,27)

εἶτα λέγει τῷ μαθητῇ· ἴδε ἡ μήτηρ σου. καὶ ἀπʼ ἐκείνης τῆς ὥρας ἔλαβεν ὁ μαθητὴς αὐτὴν εἰς τὰ ἴδια.

Deinde dicit discipulo: “Ecce mater tua”. Et ex illa hora accepit eam discipulus in sua.
