The Hebrew word for love indicates a strong, emotional commitment in which the one who loves turns his whole being towards the loved one. In Polish, it might sound like: “Oh, how I love you!”, with the accent on the “ah”. The cry of joy and exultation harmonizes well with the declaration of love that God wants to renew for the residents of Jerusalem. Everyone is within its reach and power. It truly saves, that is, it takes us out of loneliness and draws us towards itself.
