Power and blessing shine in the face of God. If His face shines upon us, it means that we are in the light and walk in the light. The used verb indicates first the dawn when the day is waking up. Other meanings are to become bright, to give light, to illuminate, and to brighten. Based on this verb, we hear the name Jairus, whose daughter was resurrected by the Lord Jesus. God is light. Therefore, each of His works has something of this light. This light is in us. In Him, we become sons of light, and we can bring blessing everywhere through bright gazes, a cheerful face, and kind words.
